  • Woolworth’s App

 One of Australia’s most downloaded apps just got even better with the release of new features. It makes shopping even more convenient by allowing customers to select their local store, to add items to their shopping list and buy the products through the app. On top, the best thing about the app is that customers can also sync their shopping lists to the app and even share them with their family and friends. The app also features a “Find Me” button that guides customers to aisles and products as well as information on new products, fresh deals and even nutritional information and product ingredients.

  • Forever21 Closet SOS

Any fashionista would understand the horror of going to a party and find another person wearing the same outfit. Fashion21 Costa Rica, to address every girls’ fashion problems, launched Closet SOS in May 2014. The customer just needs to call a number to request for a Closest SOS and a mobile wardrobe service comes to their rescue.

  • Amazon Kindle Fire HDX Mayday Feature

Amazon added a “Mayday” button in its new tablets, allowing users connect with a customer service representative via a video feed. The Amazon representative can then help you through your problem, he will connect to your screen remotely to provide directions, or even take control of your device to fix the issue in shared screen. The 24/7 service comes free with the device, and Amazon said representatives should respond within 15 seconds of requests for support.
