The Malagasy educational system is based on the French system and uses Molière as the teaching language. Another advantage of Madagascar is its geographical location in terms of jet lag. Only 1 hour away from France (2 hours in winter time), Malagasy service providers can easily synchronize their schedules with those of their partners in France or other European countries.
• ICT Infrastructure
Private and public operators have invested in recent years to deploy high-performance ICT infrastructures to connect the island with the rest of the world. These include submarine fiber projects such as EASSY of Telma (national telecom operator), and Orange Lion cable. Now, “Very high speed” is present and operational in Madagascar. This enables it to offer quality Voice services.
